The 2019 East Northeast International Film Festival (ENE) in the US has set to screen Iranian short ‘The Man Who Forgot to Breathe’.
Directed by Saman Hosseinpour, the 15-minute film tells the story of a man who has problems to breathe while sleeping. He has had a struggle with his wife and the wife is all set to leave him.
The flick has gone on screen at a number of global film events, including the 5th Hidden Door film festival in the UK and the 2nd Cuzco Underground Cinema Festival in Peru.
‘The Man Who Forgot to Breathe’ gained top award at the 3rd Canada Independent Film Festival in Montreal in 2017.
The ENE celebrates independent films, music, and the green technology industry all at the crossroads of the future to be a part of a diverse and creative global community.
The 2019 ENE is slated for August 23-September 2 in Newburgh, New York, the US.
